"Commitment is ... making the time when there is none."

Abraham Lincoln

(Though I like this part most of the quote most, the whole quote is worth a read. Here is the rest.)

"Commitment is what transforms a promise into reality. It is the words that speak boldly of your intentions. And the actions which speak louder than the words. It is making the time when there is none. Coming through time after time after time, year after year after year. Commitment is the stuff character is made of: the power to change the face of things. It is the daily triumph of integrity over skepticism."

  1. Nice one John! Abraham Lincoln was a very wise man, I have read a lot of wonderful quotes by him. If I had a chance to go back in time to talk to someone in history, he would be one of the people I would choose.
